Qmin at Ginger Mumbai Airport is hosting a culinary festival from August 15 to August 19, 2024, featuring diverse culinary themes across the five days. The festival kicks off on August 15 with a special Independence Day menu that includes Delhi Butter Chicken, Watermelon Tikki, Tricolour Ravioli, Jalebi Rabri, and Moong Dal Halwa, complemented by live counters serving Stuffed Chole Kulche and a variety of Chaats.
On August 16, a Parsi New Year-themed brunch will showcase traditional dishes like Salli Boti, Samak Mashwi, and Fish Patra, along with refreshing Strawberry Soda and live counters offering Parsi Chicken Farcha and Kheema Pao. The festivities continue on August 17 with a Monsoon Special Brunch inspired by Bombay street food.
A Chef Signature’s Brunch on August 18 will present dishes like Purple Cabbage & Ricotta Ravioli and Thai Crab Cake. The festival concludes on August 19 with a Rakhi brunch, highlighting Pindi Chole and Champran Gosht, alongside live counters for Momos and Dabeli.
