Prathap M Kumar appointed as Operations Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Kochi

The Courtyard by Marriott, Kochi Airport Hotel has appointed Prathap McCall Kumar as the new Operations Manager. With over two decades of experience in hotel management, Kumar brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence. 

In his new role, he will oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the hotel. His extensive career spans various prestigious domestic and international hotel brands, where he has demonstrated outstanding leadership in enhancing guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and improving operational efficiency.
