Pacific Hospitality has announced the appointment of Gaurav Dhyani as their new Beverage Corporate Head. With his experience and achievements in the industry, he will lead the company's beverage division, driving innovation and excellence in mixology.
Dhyani brings a wealth of expertise, having served as Corporate Beverage Manager at NOHO and AIDU, and as Diageo's Brand Ambassador for North India. His career journey includes stints at Olive Bar & Kitchen, Taj Palace New Delhi, and Grappa at The Shangri-La New Delhi. He has won numerous awards, including the Monin Ultimate Cup, Diageo World Class, and Flamboyant Bartender of the Year in 2019.
