Novotel Kolkata welcomes Vikram Jaiswal as Executive Chef
Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences announced the appointment of Vikram Jaiswal as the hotel's new executive chef. With a rich 16-year background in the hospitality industry, Chef Vikram Jaiswal is recognised for his culinary innovations and leadership skills.
Chef Jaiswal brings extensive experience from his career, having previously worked with renowned establishments such as ITC Sonar Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Delhi, Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, Swissotel Kolkata, The Lalit New Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram. Specialising in Western cuisine, Chef Vikram has collaborated with chefs worldwide, including those from Turkey, Italy, China, France, Japan, and Mexico.
