Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre appoint Subbiah Murali Kumar as Rooms Division Manager

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) announced the promotion of Subbiah Murali Kumar to the position of Rooms Division Manager for both properties. 

The Rooms Division Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless experiences. Subbiah Murali Kumar, a professional known for his passion, responsibility, hard work, and profound understanding of guest needs, will now be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rooms division.

Murali's new role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including ensuring the highest standards of guest comfort, overseeing housekeeping operations, maintaining service quality, and leading a dedicated team of professionals. He will also focus on optimising room occupancy rates, implementing efficient cost management strategies, and continually innovating to meet the ever-changing needs of travellers, thus enhancing the property's appeal to both business and leisure guests.
