Novotel Goa & Novotel Goa Candolim appoint Waseem Karbelkar as the Director of Sales & Marketing

Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim, two renowned establishments situated in the heart of Goa, announced the appointment of Waseem Karbelkar as the Director of Sales & Marketing. 

Drawing upon his extensive expertise in the hospitality industry, Karbelkar, an MBA degree holder in Sales and Marketing, has assumed his new role with a mission to lead the sales and marketing initiatives for both Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa. His primary objective is to enhance their market positioning and reputation.

Karbelkar, who previously served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Novotel Imagicaa, successfully transformed the property into a preferred destination for MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) business. He also excelled in his role as Business Development Manager at Accor Global Sales, playing a crucial role in advancing the company's expertise and contributing to his significant professional success over the years. 

In response to the appointment, Ranju Singh, Complex General Manager of Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort and Spa, expressed enthusiasm, stating, "We welcome Waseem to the Novotel family and anticipate reaching new heights together.
