Nimesh Pandav appointed as Front Office Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC

Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the hotel located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, has announced the appointment of Nimesh Pandav as the new Front Office Manager. 

A graduate of Mumbai University, Pandav completed a Diploma in Pharmacy from PES College of Pharmacy in Bangalore and pursued a Diploma in Hospitality and Catering from Ealing and West London College in the United Kingdom. Starting his hospitality career at The Montcalm Hotel in London in 2009, Pandav returned to India in 2012 to join Sofitel Mumbai BKC as Senior Duty Manager. His responsibilities included employee training, devising performance improvement strategies, and conducting regular reviews to enhance operational processes.

In 2018, he took on the role of Front Office Manager at Mercure Maldives Koodoo, where he managed a team of 70 members, prepared budgets for resort managers, and assumed resort duties in the absence of the Resort Manager. After four years, he moved to the Pullman Maldives, Maamutaa, as the Office and Lifestyle Manager. 

With over 13 years of Front Office experience in India and abroad, Pandav now serves as the Front Office Manager at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC. His extensive background includes overseeing various tasks and effectively managing employees in the hospitality industry.
