New Cluster General Manager appointed for three Minor Hotels in Maldives
In a recent development, Stuart De San Nicolas has assumed the role of Cluster General Manager for Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas, Avani+ Fares Resort, and NH Collection Maldives Havodda. With over 30 years of industry experience across various global locations, Stuart is set to take on his new management responsibilities.
Originally from Spain, Nicolas previously worked at Conrad Bora Bora Nui, where he served as General Manager, contributing to the enhancement of the resort's luxury offerings. Beginning his hospitality career in 1993 at the Hyatt Regency group in France, he has since held diverse roles in the front office and food and beverage departments across different continents.
Over the past two decades, Nicolas has held the position of General Manager in several renowned hotels, showcasing a well-seasoned leadership style and a history of leading large teams to deliver customer experiences. Minor Hotels CEO Dillip Rajakarier expressed satisfaction in welcoming Stuart to the team, anticipating that his experience and commitment to service excellence will contribute to the company's growth in the region.
