McDonald's India is set to launch its new 'Signature Collection' of gourmet burgers through an innovative campaign called 'Imagined in AI.' This initiative utilises generative artificial intelligence to allow customers to create their ideal burger by selecting from a variety of ingredients via an AI chatbot.
The campaign encourages customer engagement by inviting them to participate in the creation process ahead of the official launch. After designing their burgers, participants can join the McDonald's Signature Collection Club for exclusive offers.
The Signature Collection will be available in select restaurants in North and East India starting September 4, 2024, with a gradual rollout to other locations.
