Manas Krishnamoorthy appointed as General Manager at ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa
ITC Hotels announced the appointment of Manas Krishnamoorthy as the new General Manager of the prestigious ITC Grand Goa Resort and Spa, a Luxury Collection Hotel. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the luxury hospitality industry, Krishnamoorthy is poised to lead the hotel to new heights.
In his new role, Krishnamoorthy will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, crafting revenue-generating strategies, and upholding the highest standards of guest service that are synonymous with the ITC Hotels brand.
Prior to his appointment at ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa, Krishnamoorthy served as the General Manager at ITC Gardenia and ITC Windsor in Bengaluru, showcasing his prowess in managing top-tier hotel operations. His impressive career also includes leadership roles at renowned hospitality brands such as IHG Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, and The Imperial.
An alumnus of the ITC Management Institute in Delhi, NCR, and WGSHA, Krishnamoorthy is known for his unwavering passion for managing operations and leading from the front to motivate teams to meet and exceed their goals. His dedication to excellence was recognised in 2022 when he was awarded the General Manager of the Year at the prestigious India International Hospitality Expo (IIHE) Excellence Awards. He has a proven track record of success and a commitment to continuous improvement, having made valuable contributions to several pre-opening teams, including ITC Grand Central and ITC Maratha.
