A highly accomplished hospitality professional with a distinguished career spanning several luxury hotels, she has demonstrated expertise in team management, food and beverage operations and customer service. Her skillset is robust and comprehensive and her keen understanding of hospitality management and industry trends further strengthens her role at The Westin Mumbai Garden City.
Before The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Sahay held pivotal roles at JW Marriott Kolkata and Bengaluru, The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and Marriott International. She holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Management, Manipal, and has undergone rigorous Taj Management Program Training, enhancing her theoretical knowledge with practical insights.
