La Gioia - Ristorante Italiano by Buono Eats has announced its opening in Bengaluru. The eatery aims to bring the true essence of Southern Italy offering an unparalleled dining experience that combines traditional flavours with rich cultural immersion. The restaurant reflects the region’s inviting spirit, creating a warm and familial atmosphere where guests can savour the rich traditions and flavours of Italian cuisine.

The culinary journey at the restaurant is curated by Chef Piccinno Vito from Lecce, Puglia, who brings over 45 years of expertise to the table. The exclusive menu features Southern Italian cuisine, featuring delicacies such as Bruschetta Alle Melanzane, Puccia Sole Della Puglia, Lasagna Alla Bolognese, and Ravioli Al Pesto Di Pistacchio along with signature dishes such as Risotto Meneghino and Melanzane in Agrodolce, Foglie Di Ulivo Pugliesi, Vitello Tonnato, Tagliere Di Formaggio Salumi

The restaurant also features an extensive wine list with selections such as Frescobaldi Pater and Villa Fassini Toscana Chardonnay, and an array of artisanal cheeses including Smoked Scamorza, Pecorino Romano, Stracciatella, Grana Padano and more.
