In her most recent position as Director of Rooms at the JW Marriott Kolkata, Kapoor spearheaded all aspects of the rooms division. This included overseeing room inventory management, guest experience, and maintenance. A seasoned leader with a passion for hospitality, she is highly respected within the industry for her exceptional skills across various areas.
