Renowned for his culinary prowess and traditional Japanese techniques with exciting twists, Chef Jerry brings a wealth of experience spanning three decades to his role as the Japanese Chef at Spectra, the hotel's award-winning restaurant.
Spectra, known for its diverse international cuisines, now boasts the addition of Chef Bernasol, who is set to infuse authentic and innovative Japanese flavours into the restaurant's menu. His impressive journey began as a kitchen crew member at Don Don Japanese food in Manila, Philippines, and later led him to prestigious establishments such as the Manila Diamond Hotel, ITC Sonar, and Hyatt Hotel Casino.
