ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, on August 19, will host an evening centred around a culinary showcase featuring Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij from Bangkok's Michelin-starred Potong Restaurant, in collaboration with Chef Manisha Bhasin, Executive Corporate Chef of ITC Hotels.
Chef Pam, known for being the youngest Thai female chef to earn both a Michelin Star and the 'Opening of the Year' award in the same year, aims to highlight the intersection of culture and cuisine. Meanwhile, Chef Bhasin is recognised for her commitment to sustainable sourcing, bringing North-Eastern Indian flavours into modern culinary interpretations.
The event will feature a six-course menu that blends progressive Thai-Chinese dishes from Chef Pam with reimagined North-Eastern cuisine by Chef Manisha, complemented by premium beverage pairings.
