RASHI HONRAO Gakkan has been appointed as Learning & Development Manager at Four Points By Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi. With around six years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gakkan worked with renowned brands like the Marriott, AccorHotels, Hilton and Starwood.
She was part of the pre-opening team of two landmark properties the Westin Mumbai Garden City and the Sofitel Mumbai BKC. With a Masters in Organizational Psychology, Gakkan is an epitome of passion and zeal for learning and has carved a niche for herself in the industry. She has championed Campus Recruitments, out-of-the-box training concepts and is a sought-after guest lecturer and external examiner for Hospitality Colleges. In addition, she has also led some very successful quality assurance training audits.
She is an avid reader, a closet writer, a staunch feminist and loves to travel with her daughter whom she cites as her daily dose of inspiration.
