Borges India, has introduced two new premium categories, Zero Pesticide Residue (ZPR) Almonds and Single Variety Extra Virgin Olive Oils. This expansion underscores the brand’s dedication to quality, health, and sustainability, bringing innovative, nutritious options to Indian consumers.

Sourced from Spain, Borges’ ZPR Almonds are a variety known for their natural sweetness and exceptional quality. Certified by an independent European lab, these almonds have pesticide residues below 0.01 mg/kg, ensuring consumer safety. A QR code on the pack allows buyers to verify the lab certificate, showcasing Borges’ commitment to transparency.

Available in two variants; Blanched & Roasted Almonds and Roasted Almonds with Skin, these gluten-free almonds are rich in fibre and protein, making them a wholesome snack or an addition to salads and baked goods. Lightly roasted for enhanced flavour and crunch, Borges ZPR Almonds offer a healthy and versatile snacking experience.

Borges has also introduced two distinct single-variety extra virgin olive oils:

  • Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Made from 100 percent Arbequina olives, this oil boasts a sweet and mild flavour, ideal for salad dressings, soups, and pasta.

  • Character Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Crafted from 100 percent Picual olives, it features a bold, spicy taste, perfect for grilled meats, seafood, and robust sauces.

Both oils are cold-pressed, rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, and tailored to suit Indian culinary preferences while delivering authentic Mediterranean flavours.
