FERUZAN BILIMORIA – Mixologist at Romano’s, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has been crowned the western region – India champion at the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Making Competition 2017. Prior to this achievement, Feruzan was also awarded the second runner up in ‘The most innovative bartender’ category at the Mumbai cocktail week ’16.
Commenting on this achievement, Bilimoria, said, “It is very exciting to represent JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar at this prestigious competition. It has always been my dream to compete at the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Making Competition. It would be my endeavor showcase the best of my skills at the National level round of the competition”.

The Bacardi Legacy Cocktail competition challenges the best contemporary bartenders in the world, in search of its next legacy cocktail using Bacardi superior rum as its base. From the each country, one winner will emerge, and secure a place in the global final.
