Bringing an experience of over 14 years in the luxury resort sector, Anjum is well-versed in overseeing diverse facets of high-end hospitality operations. Her track record includes managing high-volume restaurants and steering comprehensive catering operations, from event detailing to menu creation and food preparation supervision.

Known for her dedication to providing outstanding curated experiences with a touch of creativity, Anjum is set to elevate Fairmont Jaipur's culinary offerings to new heights.
