In partnership with Sarthak Educational Trust, the hotel has employed deaf and non-verbal professionals, setting a new standard in the hospitality industry for integrating individuals with diverse abilities into its workforce.

The hotel has implemented comprehensive training and support systems to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among all team members, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
