Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata has taken a step toward diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by hiring specially-abled associates at its renowned Kava multicuisine restaurant. In partnership with Sarthak Educational Trust, the hotel has employed deaf and non-verbal professionals, setting a new standard in the hospitality industry for integrating individuals with diverse abilities into its workforce.
