In partnership with Sarthak Educational Trust, the hotel has employed deaf and non-verbal professionals, setting a new standard in the hospitality industry for integrating individuals with diverse abilities into its workforce.

Despite challenges with hearing and speech, the new associates at Kava have showcased exceptional expertise and dedication, contributing significantly to the restaurant’s operations. The hotel has implemented comprehensive training and support systems to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among all team members, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
