Eros Hotel appoints Rubina Sharma as EAM Room & Business Development

Eros Hotel New Delhi has announced the promotion of Rubina Sharma to the position of Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) for Room and Business Development. Rubina Sharma has been a part of the Eros Hotel team since her role as Director of Sales and Marketing, which she assumed in January 2021. 

She oversaw the entire marketing and sales team, effectively boosting revenue growth during her tenure. With a proven track record and the ability to drive results, Sharma has now assumed her new position, where she will play a pivotal role in steering the hotel towards new milestones. 

Rubina Sharma's responsibilities extend to the holistic growth of the business. She will be entrusted with managing day-to-day operations, staff training, skill development, and overall business growth. Additionally, she will craft strategic action plans for various departments, aiming to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and an unparalleled guest experience. 

Sharma brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from a distinguished career in the hospitality sector. Over the course of 18 years, she has worked with esteemed five-star hotels, including the Imperial, Taj Palace, Jaypee Hotels, and IHG. Her extensive professional journey has spanned across various aspects of the industry, including housekeeping, front office, and sales, making her a well-rounded industry veteran who is well-prepared for the challenges of her new role.
