DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has announced its participation in Hilton Hotels’ annual F&B initiative, Chefs of Hilton. The hotel will feature a Dish of the Day created by seven distinguished chefs, with a new dish each day, showcasing their diverse culinary talents.
As part of this promotion, running until September 30, seven culinary artists from the property are coming together to showcase dishes that are close to their hearts, ensuring guests enjoy a rich and diverse offering of flavours.
Chef Prajjwal Mitra, Executive Sous Chef, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, specialises in Italian cuisine. He will present the Open Ravioli with Porcini Cream Sauce.
Pastry Chef Aashish Bhalla will showcase the innovative Rasmalai Tres Leche, a fusion dessert that blends Indian and Latin American flavours.
Chefs of Hilton will also highlight regional and traditional dishes that reflect India’s rich culinary heritage. Chef Biswanath Pradhan will bring the flavours of Odisha with his authentic Dalma.
Chef Jaspal Singh Khatti will serve Makai ka Halwa from the hills of Almora. The sweet corn dessert is prepared with a rich mix of ghee, khoya, and nuts.
Chef Mahendra Singh will present Mushroom Galouti Kebabs, reflecting Lucknow's rich culinary heritage. Other standout dishes include Chef Lal Singh’s Pathar Ke Kebab, an authentic delicacy from Lucknow. On the other hand, Chef Harsh Singh’s Katsu Donburi, will offer guests a taste of Japan with crispy chicken katsu served over rice and curry.
