DOUBLE TREE by Hilton hotel - Pune appointed Guhaneshwaran V as their new Assistant Executive Housekeeper. Guhaneshwaran has a work experience of more than 10 years. He started his career with the Leela Palace Bangalore. Along with housekeeping operations, Guhaneshwaran was also taking care of up keep and maintaining the interiors related assignment of that property.
After his stint with the Leela Palace Bangalore, Guhaneshwaran moved to the Oakwood Premier Bangalore. He was also awarded the best manager in cost controlling there.
After Oakwood Guhaneshwaran moved to The Fortune JP Palace Mysore. He has been associated with DoubleTree by Hilton Pune-Chinchwad since May 2015.
Guhaneshwaran believes that if you keep your staff happy by motivation and training, they will take care of guest and the department in return.
