The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi is hosting the 'Ghano Choko' festival at Dilli 32, featuring the cuisine of Rajasthan, curated by Chef Abhilasha Jain. The festival, which will be held from August 23 to September 1, 2024, will focus on Marwari culinary traditions and showcase dishes that highlight the region's flavours.
The menu includes unique offerings such as Gulab Jamun ki Sabji, Angoor Makhana, and Ghewar with Rabdi, as well as traditional items like Sangri ke Kofta and Boondi Laddu.
Speaking on the occasion, Chef Abhilasha said, "Marwari cuisine is a celebration of flavours, tradition, and history. With 'Ghano Choko,' I aim to bring these elements to life, offering guests an authentic and memorable dining experience."
