The St. Regis Goa Resort has appointed Debyani Ray Bhattacharya as the new Learning & Development Manager, effective May 2024. Bhattacharya brings extensive experience in training and development, having worked with brands such as Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Hyatt Raipur, Novotel & ibis Bengaluru, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Grand Mercure Bangalore and Grand Mercure Mysore.
Before joining The St Regis Goa Resort, Bhattacharya served as Senior Manager Training in Sales at HealthifyMe, driving impressive sales growth through innovative training programmes. She is excited about the unique tranquility of The St Regis Goa Resort and is known for her inclusive leadership style and commitment to upskilling, mentoring, and coaching her team.
