Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru’s Cosmo restaurant is partnering with Tevar Progressive Indian Kitchen and Bar for a unique two-night bar takeover on November 8 and 9, 2024. Known for its innovative take on Indian cuisine, Tevar will present an exclusive five-course dinner menu paired with fusion cocktails, promising a culinary journey through India’s diverse flavours.
Founder Narendra Pal Singh and Chef Radi Manoj, Tevar’s “Flavor Architect,” have crafted a menu that showcases regional ingredients, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Highlights include the Banarasi Samosa Taco, 100-Layered Paneer with Butter Masala, Prawns Bhurji Taco, and Mutton Ghee Roast, each course paired with cocktails inspired by Indian flavours.
Guests can enjoy unique drinks like Nilgiri Dew, a spicy blend of aged rum and Bird’s Eye chilli, and Valley of Flowers, featuring chamomile gin. The evening concludes with desserts such as Coconut Jaggery Brulé and Cardamom Cheesecake with Irani Chai Reduction, rounding off this vibrant experience in style.
