BHANU HAS been in the hospitality industry for the past 15 years and worked with various brands and properties including Radisson Blu MBD, The Taj Mahal Hotel, Park Hyatt - Chennai, Hyatt Regency - Delhi and The Imperial. He is responsible for heading a team of culinary professionals and experts, crafting an exciting and innovative direction to create unique experiences in all the Food & Beverage outlets at the complex property.
Hailing with work experience from the finest of luxury, business and leisure hotels, he has also actively been involved in the Pre-Opening phases of multiple hotels. He was a part of the pre-opening for The China Kitchen & Café at Hyatt Regency, Delhi where he divulged his expertise and launched a successful restaurant outlet. Bhanu was also involved in the Food & Beverage pre-opening strategy for The Chedi Mumbai – a GHM hotel, Powai, Mumbai. He has demonstrated a unique history of working in the hospitality industry leading in cross-functional roles across F&B Operations, Business Planning, Profit Center Operations, Vendor Management, Market Communication, General Administration and People Management. He defines his purpose as, ‘Establishing and growing great organizations that leave people and places better than when found.’
He pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from IHM, Jaipur (Under National Council for Hotel Management, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India PUSA, New Delhi). He is always inquisitive about what is the new trend in the industry and spends ample time on researching and analysis. He is a cricket fanatic and enjoys a game of badminton and table tennis from time to time! He ensures that he takes time out to cook his favorite delicacies from Italian cuisine. In addition, stand-up comedy shows also tops his list, whenever he gets a chance!
