Arshiya Paul appointed Talent & Culture Manager at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences
Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has appointed Arshiya Paul as the new Talent & Culture Manager. Paul brings with her a wealth of experience, having recently served in the same capacity at Accor’s ibis Kolkata Rajarhat.
Paul boasts a commendable professional journey spanning over 14 years, with notable stints at renowned brands such as The Leela, Flipkart, and IPG Media brands. Arjun Kaggallu, General Manager of Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, expressed his enthusiasm about the new addition to the hotel's leadership team. He emphasised the hotel's commitment to providing equal opportunities and highlighted her unique, out-of-the-box approach to team growth and development. Despite not following a traditional hotelier path, Paul's diverse experience is expected to contribute significantly to achieving the hotel's diversity goals.

Paul, armed with a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and certification as a Hospitality Trainer from AHLEI, will spearhead the task of nurturing a diversified culture and developing talent aligned with the hotel's business objectives. Her role will extend to building skills and capabilities for all Heartists across the company.
