The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has announced the reopening post the monsoon season of Alta Vida, its signature poolside bar and grill. Following a seasonal closure, the restaurant returns with a fresh perspective on alfresco dining, offering guests an elevated experience that combines impeccable cuisine, exquisite cocktails, and a luxurious, relaxed atmosphere.

The new menu at Alta Vida features a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair, crafted using seasonal produce and ethically sourced ingredients. Guests can indulge in an array of gourmet delights, from Lobster Tempura with Thermidor sauce, to Poblano Spiced Chicken Skewers, elevated with a vibrant spring onion salsa. For lighter fare, the Vida Hot Salad Bowl, with chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, and grilled pineapple, offers a refreshing option, while Vietnamese Pork Skewers and Buttermilk Cheese Fritters add a contemporary twist to classic bar bites.

The main menu presents a selection of tostadas and burgers, perfect for those looking to experience bold, layered flavours. The King Crab Po Boy, complemented by roasted shishito aioli and a tangy Kewpie slaw, promises an indulgent bite, while the Avocado and Quinoa Burger offers a health-conscious option without compromising on taste.
