Kandhari further elaborated, “Rather than looking outside we look internally and do our own SWAT, it’s extremely important to know what our weaknesses are and then further establish strategic alliances and partnerships.”
“Our main focal point is creating these destinations and selling these plots by partnering with investors, developers and financial institutes that can take the opportunity to develop their real estate,” commented Assaf while talking about the Marjan flagship property.
“What is important in a strategic partnership is that you align your goals. It’s all about the people you put together to execute your work, especially when it comes to the hotel industry, it’s all people-centric,” emphasised Reddy while discussing strategic partnerships.
