Goa Marriott Resort and Spa has promoted Shilpa Kampani as Director of Services. With over two decades of enriching experience in the hospitality industry, Kampani has meticulously honed her skills through distinguished roles at renowned hospitality brands such as The Oberoi, Accor and Marriott International.

Kampani commenced her professional journey in 2003 as an associate within the housekeeping department at The Oberoi Udaivillas. Over the years, she ascended through the ranks, shouldering responsibilities that spanned from supervisor to assistant manager and deputy housekeeper. Demonstrating her proficiency, she played an instrumental role as a pre-opening champion with both Accor and Marriott International, ultimately culminating in her appointment as Executive Housekeeper at the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa in 2011.
