Udayan Damodharan appointed Director of Talent & Culture at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim

Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim has welcomed Udayan Damodharan as the new Director of Talent and Culture. Damodharan brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 14 years with Accor. He will focus on enhancing talent acquisition, employee engagement and leadership development at both properties.

Damodharan brings in a vast experience that includes pre-opening and successfully launch of several properties across India, such as Grand Mercure Bangalore and Novotel Kolkata. Additionally, he is dedicated to social responsibility and plans to actively involve hotel staff in CSR initiatives for both the locations.

Damodharan entered the hospitality industry after earning his diploma in Personnel Management.
