Save The Earth With ‘Green Coin’

Takahiro Sueyoshi, General Manager, The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, is rolling out the best offers this summer for Indians to promote his hotel in India. “The offer of ‘Stay more, Save more’ where once you plan to stay longer, you can also plan to save more can give 10 to 30% off on the best available rates for a minimum three-night stay”, says Sueyoshi.

Located in the heart of Tokyo’s metropolis next to the Japanese Prime Minister’s Official Residence with direct access to 4 Tokyo Metro lines, which is convenient for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is a perfect place for various gatherings.

As per the event space in the hotel, the banquet rooms of various sizes, include the “Ho’oh” Ballroom, offering ample space and choice to the guest. “Banquet rooms can be used for a variety of occasions, including international conferences, parties, seminars and meetings. We offer special Japanese style wedding arrangements for the international clients with authentic Japanese attire and the photo shoot session at the Hie Shrine next to the hotel,” he says.

The hotel follows green standards, so they invite guests to participate in the Green Coin Program which aims to lower the damage to the global environment by decreasing the number of toothbrushes and razors used daily in the hotel. Valued guests participating in the Green Coin Program by not using the amenities should return a Green Coin for each amenity to the front desk. “Our donations, equivalent to the number of coins collected, are made throughout the year to two forestation activities, the Children’s Forest Program and the Tokyu Hotels Green Coin Forests held in Tabayama village, Yamanashi Prefecture,” he says.

The Hotel continues to promote the brand in international markets including India, to reach out to travel professionals and to increase both business and leisure travelers. “It includes development of products that match overseas market, leisure groups to increase revenue from the corporate programs and more,” he concludes.
