A Swiss native brought up in Goa, Lobo brings a wealth of experience in hospitality industry from around the world. She has worked for brands like Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi as well as Starwood Hotels & Resorts and has also won accolades for her services.
Her competence includes managing customer service operations, ensuring staff satisfaction and co-ordination and managing customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services.
