Raffles Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand under Accor, in partnership with World Trade Centre Building, Inc and Tokyo Tatemono Co, has announced the debut of Raffles Tokyo. The hotel will be part of the redevelopment of Tokyo’s World Trade Centre (WTC) in the Hamamatsuchō district and is slated to open in 2028.

Raffles Tokyo will occupy the top 46 floors of the WTC building, offering breathtaking panoramic city views. The hotel will be situated for business and leisure travellers, close to Tokyo Tower, the Roppongi Museum, Rainbow Bridge, and direct access to Hamamatsuchō station. Designed by Layan, the hotel will feature 130 luxurious guestrooms, including 27 suites, each designed to provide a distinct and memorable experience.
The hotel will also boast six exceptional food and beverage outlets, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a swimming pool, a spa, and a bathhouse with 1,156 sq m of versatile meeting spaces for events. “We are very pleased to welcome Accor Group, which operates a number of world-class hotel brands, as our partner, and to be working together toward the opening of the first Raffles hotel, one of Accor Group's premier brands, in Japan.
