Novotel Goa Appoints New Learning & Development Manager

ATUL NAGARKAR has been appointed as the Learning & Development Manager for Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa and Novotel Goa Shrem Hotel.

With over 12 years of cross-functional and academic knowledge in hotel and restaurant operations, Nagarkar comes with extensive experience and domain expertise in the hospitality industry. Having worked with companies like The Taj Group, Fairmont Hotel Canada & Jaipur, Hilton Shillim Estate & Resort, he has strong operational understanding which is critical to his role at Novotel Goa.

Nagarkar will focus to discreetly align the L&D activities with strategic organizational direction at both the Novotel properties in Goa.

His recent achievements include being nominated for the Spirit of Blue Energy Award from Rob Palleschi, Global Head Hilton Brand, this award is given to team members who showcase great hospitality by adhering to the values of the company, along with the Best Hospitality Personality of the year 2016 from International Hotel Council and a certificate of completion from e-Cornell Global Hospitality Management.
