WITH ITS recent fundraise of Rs 21 Cr from Godrej family office, Anand Piramal, Isprava is building and developing luxury homes ranging between Rs 3 and 30 crore across Goa and Nilgiris and looking to expand its footprints, both in India and overseas.
Nibhrant Shah, Founder & CEO plans to use the amount for further team development, marketing and technology, entering new markets alongside launching a new business line in the hospitality network offering luxury homestays and homes for travellers.
Working with all-natural materials, Shah is on the road to creating dream holiday homes for those with the finest tastes. “In 2013 when I escaped from the frenzied city life in search of a place offering tranquillity and luxury, I wanted a perfect home away from home. I landed in Goa and decided to start the first chapter of owning a holiday home,” he said.
Shah wants to focus on the hospitality sector in the coming months and plans to extend his services to homeowners and potential customers. “Our service staff is at your disposal, and the experience is seamless when you get the same hospitality and warmth as you get in a hotel or home,” he added.
Isprava’s clientele includes prominent celebrities and industrialists, cricketer Sunil Gavaskar, founders/promoters of large Indian companies such as Infosys, SpiceJet, amongst others.
With specialisation in the construction and design of sophisticated luxury homes for discerning individuals, Isprava properties are maintained by a professional property management team and typically the cost for the services of housekeepers, plumbers, gardeners, guest relationship managers, and security guards range between INR 10,000-75,000 per month depending on the number of services.
