IHG and Flag Luxury Group to open InterContinental Orlando by 2028

The hotel will feature 700 rooms, including 84 suites, and offer five dining options

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to develop a new InterContinental property in Orlando, Florida, in collaboration with Flag Luxury Group and Unicorp National Developments. The InterContinental Orlando is scheduled to open in 2028 on International Drive, a prominent area known for its vibrant atmosphere.

The hotel will feature 700 rooms, including 84 suites, and offer five dining options, a spa, a fitness centre, and extensive meeting space totalling approximately 106,000 sq ft. It aims to provide a sophisticated experience that reflects the local culture and the brand's luxury standards.
