IHCL signs fifth Ginger Hotel in Thane

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its fifth Ginger branded hotel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region of Thane, Maharashtra. This greenfield project embodies Ginger’s lean luxe design philosophy, offering guests the perfect blend of work and leisure in vibrant, contemporary spaces.

The 200-key Ginger Thane is located in the heart of the business district in close proximity to retail centres. The hotel features Qmin, the signature all-day diner presenting a delightful array of global and local favorites along with a bar. Additionally, it will offer modern amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness centre along with over 2000 sq. ft banquet hall and well-equipped meeting rooms.

Thane in MMR is home to numerous IT parks, businesses, and shopping centres, making it a significant destination for both business and leisure travellers. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 35 hotels including 12 under development in Maharashtra.
