Hilton signs new agreement for Hilton Munich Park Hotel

The redevelopment aims to enhance the hotel’s connection with the nearby English Gardens and is scheduled to begin after the hotel closes on December 31, 2024, with completion expected in 2029

Hilton has signed a long-term management agreement for the Hilton Munich Park Hotel with Commerz Real AG and Hines. The hotel will remain under Hilton's management following a significant redevelopment as part of Tucherpark, a mixed-use project integrating residential, retail, office, and hospitality spaces.

The redevelopment aims to enhance the hotel’s connection with the nearby English Gardens and is scheduled to begin after the hotel closes on December 31, 2024, with completion expected in 2029. Planned improvements include a rooftop restaurant with views, redesigned meeting spaces, and enhanced wellness facilities.
