Chef Nisarg R Chavan joins Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR as Executive Chef

Novotel and ibis Chennai OMR announced the appointment of Executive Chef Nisarg R Chavan to its team. Chef Nisarg brings with him a wealth of experience garnered over 15 years.  

Prior to Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR, Chef Nisarg served as the Executive Chef at Novotel Ahmedabad,Novotel Lucknow, ibis Pune, ibis Chennai City Centre, El Cafe Amigos Pune, Radisson Hotel Kandla, ITC Maratha, and Novotel Hyderabad. 

Chef Nisarg has developed a penchant for exploring and enhancing India's rich tapestry of local flavors. His multifaceted interests and diverse experiences promise to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the culinary offerings at Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR.
