Roseate Hotels & Resorts has two properties in UK. The Royal Park – an English style country house boutique hotel acquired by the group in 2011, would be rebranded as The Royal Park - a Roseate House hotel. The Forbury acquired by the group last year is the finest 5-star hotels in Reading and the neighbouring Thames Valley, would be rebranded as The Forbury Roseate.
In India, Bird Hospitality has a firm pipeline of three luxury and upscale properties in Jaipur, Goa and Rishikesh. In addition, the company has plans for acquiring hotels and exploring management prospects in India and international markets like Europe, Middle East and the UK.
