Shoib's nine-year association with Marriott includes notable achievements such as driving significant revenue growth at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru. His career also includes leadership roles at The Leela Palace Bangalore, Le Meridien Paro Riverfront, and Ginger Hotels. In 2019, he was recognised as the DOSM of the Year South Zone by Business World Hotelier.
