With over 14 years in the hospitality industry, including 12 years at Westin properties, Almal has played a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Previously serving as Operational Excellence and Hygiene Manager, she has established herself as a leader in quality and hygiene management. Her expertise in auditing and brand standards has been vital in achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
In her new position, she will lead quality initiatives across both properties, focussing on enhancing guest experiences in line with the brand's standards. Her promotion reflects her dedication and significant contributions to the success of both hotels.
