Shangri-La Bengaluru to host culinary event with Chef Mattia Bianchi

Michelin-starred chef Mattia will present a unique dining experience that brings together gastronomy and music

Shangri-La Bengaluru is set to welcome Michelin-starred chef Mattia Bianchi for a limited-time pop-up at their Italian restaurant, Caprese, from November 27 to December 1, 2024. Chef Mattia, renowned for his innovative blend of traditional Italian cuisine and global influences, will present a unique dining experience that brings together gastronomy and music. His menu includes two degustation options and an à la carte selection, featuring inventive dishes such as “Caprese Cloud” and “Marine Essence Risotto.”

In a creative twist, Chef Mattia will unveil a surprise dessert menu inspired by Antonio Vivaldi's Four Seasons, offering a multi-sensory experience that intertwines classical music and culinary art. Each dessert aims to reflect the seasons, showcasing seasonal ingredients and flavours.

Chef Mattia , who leads the Michelin-starred Ristorante Amistà in Verona, Italy, is celebrated for his dedication to authentic Italian flavours and his artistry in food presentation. This pop-up exemplifies Shangri-La Bengaluru's efforts to showcase distinguished international culinary talents.
