Ronil Goa, the first JdV by Hyatt hotel in India, has launched its signature cocktail menu in partnership with Countertop India. This initiative reflects Hyatt’s commitment to sourcing local ingredients and seasonal flavours, catering to guests who enjoy vibrant experiences during their travels.
The new menu features cocktails crafted with made-in-India spirits, alongside a variety of non-alcoholic options such as homemade lemonades, iced teas, and seasonal mocktails. The offerings are designed to celebrate Goa’s rich culture while emphasising sustainability and freshness.
Key highlights include welcome and farewell shots at the Lobby Bar, Patrao’s, and a lively atmosphere at The Hub, which features a pool bar and shared punch bowls. Notable cocktails from the new menu include Fly Me to the Moon and Jamun Paloma, crafted by a skilled team of mixologists led by Bar Manager Sachin Chaudhari. Seasonal specials are also expected to be added in the coming months.
