RADISSON BLU Cavelossim Goa announced the appointment of Rajesh Radhakrishnan, the new Director of Food and Beverage. With over 2 decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Rajesh has a deep understanding of operations and pre-opening experience.
A firm believer in core values and work ethics, Radhakrishnan has worked with brands like Taj, Cidade de Goa, Club Mahindra, Synergy hospitality, Sayaji and DYP hospitality in his two-decades-long career. In his tenure at various organizations, he has spearheaded across verticals such as Pre-Opening and Set up, Optimizing Guest Satisfaction, Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, and Operational Excellence thereby building strong cohesive teams for success.
Radhakrishnan is an extremely experienced professional in the hospitality sector and at Radisson Blu Goa he will be responsible for setting up a new wave of transformation in the food and beverage arena. His major responsibility would be to bring in newer changes in the culinary division and working together with him to optimize guest satisfaction.
His ability to converse in more than seven Indian languages is commendable and his guest connects and management skills leave an everlasting impression on guests and set a benchmark for others to follow. Radhakrishnan is also passionate about soft-skills training and a mentor for his juniors.
