Novotel Mumbai International Airport elevates Sugandh Ahuja to Director of Operations

Novotel Mumbai International Airport has promoted Sugandh Ahuja to the role of Director of Operations. Ahuja, who previously served as Rooms Division Manager, brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Studies, also completed several leadership programs within Accor.

In her new role, she will manage multiple departments, with a focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to regulations, while also engaging in strategic planning. Her history of enhancing operational performance and financial results in various hotel settings has been noted.
