MSR Hotel and Spa Bangalore Acquired by Gokulam Hotels & Resorts

GOKULAM HOTELS and Resorts, a hospitality division of Sree Gokulam Chit & Finance Co. Pvt. Ltd. have acquired MSR Hotel and Spa Bangalore, which until end 2017 was operational as Movenpick Hotel and Spa Bangalore Hotel. Under their hospitality division, the company has properties across South India (Tamil Nadu and Kerala) under the brand name ‘Gokulam Park Hotels and Resorts’. With the addition of the MSR Hotel and Spa Bangalore to their portfolio, the group aims to strengthen its presence in the Southern region further and establish their brand in Bangalore.

The hotel began its operations in 2011 under the brand name of Movenpick Hotel and Spa Bangalore; a strategic partnership between MSR Hotels Pvt. Ltd and the Swiss Hospitality giant Movenpick Hotels and Resorts.
