With over a decade-long experience at a series of hospitality establishments, Singh holds sound subject matter expertise in cost control, menu terminology, HACCP implementation and orientation, personnel administration, and training and development. His extensive experience in culinary operations over the years helped him acquire the position of Head Chef at Hyatt Ahmedabad in 2016. He has now become a part of the pre-opening team at Hyatt Regency Lucknow as Head Chef.
Singh is well versed with the nuances of hospitality industry and is competent in allocating the right manpower to the right job. He is quite experienced in formulating training programs that enhance efficiency and productivity.
